Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, a passion for community engagement, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, including real estate, agriculture, and small business lending

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess loan viability

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and servicing

Participate in community events and organizations to promote the bank’s presence and commitment to local development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and customer service
