Job Overview

We play a vital role in T-Mobile's Risk Management Program by providing standardized policies, processes, and resources that support T-Mobile business units in fulfilling their obligation to protect T-Mobile assets. You will coordinate and support Event Security operations and planning at the direction of the Executive Security management team. You will facilitate a wide range of security functions, including technical security operations, travel security support, and physical security. You will work with other business units and internal / external partners and act as a representative of Corporate Security, reviewing security requests, identifying security needs, and delivering recommendations that align with industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and updating security plans submitted to Corporate Security Senior Management.

• This position can be based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. Travel is required up to 50% of the time (may vary depending on business need). When not traveling, this is a hybrid role with an in-office presence requiring 3 days / week.

Base Pay Range : $85,300 - $154,000Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
