Position Overview : Communiboost

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. As a crucial part of our product marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication strategies that convey the value of our products to both internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Location :   Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for product launches and ongoing promotions.
  • Collaborate with product management to gather information on product features, benefits, and customer use cases.
  • Create and maintain a suite of product communications materials, including press releases, product briefs, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral in partnership with design and marketing teams.
  • Manage content updates for product-related sections on the company website and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product communications to inform future strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communications efforts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
