Job Purpose :

Assist individuals with brain injury, intellectual disabilities, and other neurological disabilities in achieving a challenging, stimulating, dignified life by serving as an advocate and liaison for and on behalf of individuals' rights and benefits.

Essential Functions :

Seeking motivated and caring individual to work independently in assisting a 22 year old male who is interested in going to the park, outdoor activities, arts and crafts and going to the gym.

It is important to adhere to the need for daily schedule and planning.

This position offers long term potential and fulfilling career if you also like to take initiative, reliable, organized, person and community centered.

Schedule :

• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $23- $25 / hour

Location : Syracuse, NY

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this position, the employee travels by automobile and will be exposed to changing weather conditions.

OSHA Category 1 :

This position requires tasks that involve exposure to blood or body fluids that requires specific training for the employees' safety.
