What Youll Earn & Drive

Competitive pay : $0.59$0.64 per mile (based on experience)

Average weekly earnings : $1,200$1,400

Weekly miles : 1,9002,300

Freight type : 100% no-touch dry van with half drop & hook

Route coverage : Midwest only, no freight west of the Mississippi

Home schedule : Out 14 days, home 34 to 48 hours, with occasional mid-week breaks

Assigned trucks take your truck home every day

Modern fleet : 2021+ Freightliner and Kenworth T680 automatic trucks

Training Program for New CDL-A Drivers

Valid Class A CDL required

Completion of 120+ hours at accredited CDL school

Paid regional / OTR training lasting 4 to 6 weeks

Scheduled home time every other week during training (3448 hours)

Rider and pet privileges after training completion

Driver Qualifications

Minimum age : 21 years

Clean driving record no major incidents or violations within the past five years

No safety-related terminations

Consistent employment or training history for the last 10 years (acceptable school / training gaps)

No DUI / DWI, felony, or misdemeanor convictions in the last decade

Must successfully pass urine and hair drug tests
