About the Role

We're seeking a Production Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality production of employee communications and compliance documents directly impacting the customer experience and success of our services.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and maintain production equipment (printers, inserters, postage meter, etc.)
  • Manage the printing and distribution of notices, invoices, letters, open enrollment packets, and other materials
  • Follow balancing and quality control processes with precision
  • Generate and reconcile daily / monthly reports
  • Coordinate mail pickups and shipping with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
  • Track, receive, and manage supply inventory for production operations
  • Support related administrative tasks such as scanning, shipping, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with projects as workload allows

    • What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production environment
  • Comfortable operating production equipment and technology systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; scheduling experience is a plus
