[job_card.job_description]Operate and maintain production equipment (printers, inserters, postage meter, etc.) Manage the printing and distribution of notices, invoices, letters, open enrollment packets, and other materials Follow balancing and quality control processes with precision Generate and reconcile daily / monthly reports Coordinate mail pickups and shipping with USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Track, receive, and manage supply inventory for production operations Support related administrative tasks such as scanning, shipping, and scheduling Collaborate with team members and assist with projects as workload allows Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production environment Comfortable operating production equipment and technology systems High school diploma or equivalent required; scheduling experience is a plus Exposure to end-to-end payroll and benefits operations A supportive, growth-minded culture where your contributions matter
