About the Role :
As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Escrow department by providing customer service and administrative assistance for residential escrow closings. You may support a team or partner directly with an escrow officer, helping ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.
What Youll Do :
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the escrow process
Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
Manage complete disbursement and follow-up for escrow transactions
Communicate requirements and updates to clients
Interpret agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents
Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
What Were Looking For :
2+ years of escrow-related experience
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work style
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
Familiarity with company or client operating systems (a plus)
