LEASING AGENT

Leasing agent position will be at an apartment communities in Fresno, CA and / or Clovis, CA area, where assigned to work for a locally based management company that manages medium-high to high-end luxury apartment homes. Leasing agent position will require roaming between various apartment communities in Fresno, CA and Clovis, CA, as needed.

COMPENSATION :

• $21.00- $22.00 per hour
• , depending on experience (
• $18.00-$19.00 per hour base rate, plus commissions)

DUTIES & responsibilities, include, but are not limited to, the following :

While performing the duties of this Job, there will prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working, working on a computer; employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; climb up and down stairs; sitting in a vehicle driving. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to reach with arms outstretched or overhead.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Yardi Voyager Property Management Software experience preferred, but not required, or comparable property management system;
