A company is looking for a Network Operations Manager to optimize their provider network for care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on provider capacity, utilization, and availability
Develop and refine workforce models to align provider supply with demand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scheduling processes and operational metrics
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in workforce management or healthcare operations, preferably in digital or behavioral health
Experience managing workforce capacity in a multi-state environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets or BI tools
Familiarity with healthcare EHR and scheduling systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
