ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I became a State Farm agent because I wanted the chance to help people in meaningful ways while building a business that offered flexibility, freedom, and fair compensation for hard work. What I enjoy most now is seeing the impact our agency has on people’s lives — both our customers and our team. If you asked my team to describe our office in one word, they’d say growth. We stay active in the community through nonprofits such as the Valley Boys & Girls Clubs, Sunshine Acres, and STEM for Kids. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Frindell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
