Entry-Level ABA Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism

Pay: $21–$26/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: $500 sign-on bonus at your 6-month mark
Schedule: Full-time & part-time options
Part-time: At least 4 weekday afternoons (Mon–Fri, 2:30–6:30 pm) OR 3 afternoons + 1 weekend morning/midday

• Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions
• Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social development
• Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials
• Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans
• Use data collection tools to measure outcomes
• Collaborate with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plans
• Provide support and guidance to the client's family
• Document session notes and complete required paperwork

Required Skills

• Experience working with children
• Exposure to children/adults with Autism
• Must reside in Orange County
• Ability to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settings
• Must be willing to drive 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the office
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of time
• Willing to complete a TB test and Background screening
• RBT certification preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred
• Bachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
