What You’ll Do :

  • Work one-on-one with kids with autism
  • Build social skills, confidence, and independence
  • Support families with personalized care

Pay :  $21–$26 / hour (based on experience)

Bonus :  $500 sign-on bonus at your 6-month mark

Schedule : Full-time & part-time options

Part-time : At least 4 weekday afternoons (Mon–Fri, 2 : 30–6 : 30 pm) OR 3 afternoons + 1 weekend morning / midday

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions
  • Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social development
  • Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials
  • Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans
  • Use data collection tools to measure outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to the client's family
  • Document session notes and complete required paperwork

    • Required Skills

  • Experience working with children
  • Exposure to children / adults with Autism
  • Must reside in Orange County
  • Ability to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settings
  • Must be willing to drive 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the office
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of time
  • Willing to complete a TB test and Background screening
  • RBT certification preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
