[job_card.job_description]US Citizenship is required for this defense-related role Bachelors degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 4 years of Embedded real-time software verification experience Experience with cable troubleshooting building and repair Experience with one or more scripting languages (Python / BASH / or NI Teststand) Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems Experience in debugging complex electromechanical systems Familiarity with computer networking principles (VLANs / Switch configuration) Familiarity with multiple communication protocols Knowledge of running simulation models Experience with Serial Data Communication protocols and tools (CAN MIL-STD-1553) Experience with Ethernet protocols and tools Experience with C / C Experience with Wireshark Experience with system-level use case tests Knowledge of Windows event log Familiarity with NI TestStand Knowledge of how models and hardware work together Rates listed are not a guarantee of salary / rate. Seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design to maintain laboratory integration and test environments encompassing electronic hardware components and software at vehicle component sub-system and platform levels. The ideal candidate will have strong mechatronic integration skills with experience maintaining hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems and emulation tools.
