JOB OVERVIEW

  • Coverage Period : ASAP Ongoing
  • Clinical Shift Schedule : 3 weekdays one week / 2 weekdays + 2 weekend days the following week; average 40 hrs / week
  • Monday Friday, 8a 8p (or until last patient seen)
  • Saturday / Sunday, 8a 5p (or until last patient seen)

  • TBD based on candidate availability

  • Case Mix : General Urgent Care presentations

    • FACILITY INFORMATION

  • Office Equipment Available : Standard urgent care equipment
  • Support Staff Available : Clinic support staff (not detailed)
  • Reason for Coverage : Ongoing full-time staffing need

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : No

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : Competitive hourly rate + productivity incentives
  • Additional Benefits :
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • $50,000 starting incentive
  • $14,000 moving allowance
  • Full benefits package including malpractice insurance

    • REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • General urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting)

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Georgia medical license or eligibility
  • Board : BC / BE in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • DEA : Active DEA Certification
  • Certifications : DOT certification preferred
  • Experience : Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct urgent care services to walk-in patients
  • Perform minor procedures and diagnostics
  • Manage episodic illnesses and injuries
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality care
