Here, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be face-to-face with homeowners, negotiating winning solutions, and driving the growth of a company that’s shaking up the New England real estate market.

Your Mission

  • Meet with homeowners in person to present offers and negotiate contracts.
  • Turn warm leads into signed deals through persuasive communication and rapid follow-up.
  • Conduct on-site property evaluations to determine fair and profitable offers.
  • Manage your pipeline like a pro, follow up, follow through, and never let a deal slip.
  • Consistently hit (and beat) your monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with our Inside Sales and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal flow.

This is a full-time, W-2 position.


Compensation- $75,000 – $150,000 at plan earnings — top performers can exceed this range.

Compensation:

$75,000 – $150,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Proven track record in sales
