FUTURE FORD/LINCOLN OF CONCORD PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Future Ford/Lincoln of Concord is seeking an experienced Automotive technician. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale: The Production Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Our technicians can earn as much as $15,000 per month!!, depending on their productivity

Expectations:

The Ideal candidate will have a customer first attitude with a focus on productivity.
A willingness and ability to work well with others including writers, parts department, and other technicians.
Strong attention to detail.
Perform maintenance and repair on used vehicles.
Complete PDIs (Pre delivery inspections).
Perform recalls.
Report concerns to the service manager.
Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required 1+ year of experience with Ford/Lincoln
Some post-secondary automotive training
High school diploma or GED
Results-oriented self-starter
Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
