Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance, focusing on metric tracking and reporting

Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with plant managers and operations leaders

Lead financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and support capital investment decisions

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing

In-depth understanding of income statement analysis and cost accounting

Solid experience in budgeting and variance analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with financial tools is preferred

High initiative and ability to manage tight timelines and competing priorities
