Key Responsibilities
Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate in the design and development of electronic data processing systems
Analyze user needs and software requirements to ensure feasibility of design and prepare operating instructions
Design, develop, and modify software systems and coordinate software system installations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
5 years' experience in Mainframe IDMS and COBOL
Experience with Agile methodology and ADSO
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Strong organizational and time-management skills
