The Sales Assistant is an entry-level role designed to support the new-home sales team through strong administrative execution, model home coverage, and customer-facing assistance. This role provides foundational exposure to the new-home sales process while focusing on operational excellence, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Sales Consultant and Area Sales Manager.
• Cover the model home during scheduled Sales Consultant days off, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Develop an understanding of the structured selling process (execution to be completed under supervision).
• Assist with backlog communication and buyer follow-up as directed.
• Maintain organized and accurate community files and documentation.
• Prepare reports, manage supplies, stock refreshments, and support front-of-house operations.
• Greet and assist visitors, manage walk-in traffic, and support customer inquiries.
• Uphold the WestBay customer experience standards and ensure model homes remain clean, organized, and show-ready at all times
