Key Responsibilities
Answer high volume inbound calls from prospective clients, providing timely support and managing tasks
Deliver excellent customer service and assist clients in connecting with financial counseling resources
Enter and update client data accurately while maintaining confidentiality regarding financial information
Required Qualifications
Ability to type 40 WPM at 80% accuracy
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a call center
Empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients under financial stress
U.S. Citizenship required due to contract obligations
Ability to follow structured workflows and meet performance expectations
