A company is looking for a Supplemental Health Claim Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately determine claim benefits payable based on medical information and contract language
Communicate with external and internal customers to finalize claims and explain claim handling
Provide effective customer service through various channels, including phone and email correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Working understanding of computer systems such as email and data entry
Ability to assess customer needs and demonstrate flexibility in responses
Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
Preferred knowledge of insurance products and medical terminology
