Customer Service/ Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service/ Sales Assistant

Location: Orange, CA |Pay rate: $/hr| Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented temporary office, customer service & sale assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Bilingual/ Spanish required. In addition to administrative duties, this role offers the opportunity to grow into supporting our sales team by assisting with pitching services and generating leads for agents. This is a short-term assignment of months, exceptional performance in this role may lead to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and customers both in person and over the phone
• Greeting and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
• Make copies, scan documents, and file records accurately
• Provide general clerical support, including data entry and document preparation
• Assist team members and agents with day-to-day office tasks and projects
• Supporting agents by helping pitch sales and generating overtime as part of role growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
• Preform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Should live within a reasonable distance, ideally allowing for a 30–35 minute commute to the office.
