ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in March 2021 and has grown into a strong team of 8-10, focused on performance, growth, and delivering a great customer experience. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2016, bringing a solid foundation and a passion for helping others succeed.


I'm actively involved in the community through my church, where I serve as a musician, and through volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Borden - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
