Pay Range : 0.55-0.64 per_mile, General Benefits :

    • To join our team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you must meet the following minimum qualifications :

  • At least 21 years of age
  • A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
  • A valid Class A CDL
  • Willingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90-days of hire
  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
  • No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
  • No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 years
  • No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (including speeding 15+ mph over the limit, following too closely, improper passing, or a fatal CMV-related offense)
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years

    • Essential Job Functions :

    Our drivers are expected to perform the following physical and operational tasks as part of the role :

  • Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force)
  • Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force)
  • Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force)
  • Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel tickets
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers (from ground level)
  • Drive for extended periods and sit upright for long durations
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
