Medical Assembly Position

1st Shift : 5am-3 : 30pm, Monday to Thursday

Temp-to-hire opportunity with pay increase upon hire.

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team where you'll be crucial in producing high-quality medical devices. As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll work under close supervision and engage in various assembly, repair, and testing operations related to pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and other medical device assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks according to established procedures.
• Ensure thorough reviews of work are conducted for quality assurance.
• Keep job documentation current and accurate for all operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering ideas and solutions.
• Maintain a positive interaction with colleagues and visitors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and utilize necessary safety equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and profitability.
• Maintain accurate records for tracking parts and addressing quality issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors to set and achieve performance goals for the team.
• Support divisional initiatives that align with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
