Position Overview :

• We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a float
• Cover multiple locations throughout West Palm Beach and Broward County including Boca Raton, Coconut Beach, Heron Bay and Coral Springs and receive a float stipend
• A float position allows you the benefit of seeing how the various clinics operate and caring for different patient demographics
• Our float clinicians help support the other clinicians by filling in for them while out on leave or PTO; allowing them to enjoy the work-life balance all of our clinicians have come to appreciate.
• Schedules are built 3 months in advance.
• Typical Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Option for part-time or full-time
• Spanish speaking is preferred
• Must have 2 years of experience working in general pediatrics
