At Rx2Go, we build digital products that power fast, reliable medical and pharmacy delivery services. We’re looking for a Product / UX Designer who can simplify complex workflows and create intuitive experiences for drivers, clinics, pharmacies, and internal operations teams.

• We would love to hear from you if you have :
• 3+ years of experience in Product or UX Design (graphic design, illustration, or presentation design alone is not sufficient);
• Strong knowledge of mobile app design principles and platform standards (Android & iOS guidelines);
• Experience designing complex, information-dense systems (dashboards, logistics tools, tracking apps, admin panels, or operational software);
• A portfolio with at least 3 product case studies (including at least one mobile app) that clearly show your full design process : problem ? research / insights ? solution ? mockups / prototypes ? outcomes;
• Ability to independently own the design process end-to-end, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff;
• Confidence in making data-driven decisions based on user research, metrics, and business goals;
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain and defend design decisions to product and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and building design systems. xklufbp

• Experience with logistics, healthcare, or delivery platforms;
• Experience working in fast-paced startups;
• What you’ll do :
• Design mobile apps and internal tools used daily by drivers and healthcare partners;
• Improve usability and reduce friction in operational workflows;
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers;
• Turn complex processes into simple, intuitive interfaces.

Job Type : Contract

Pay : $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
