What You'll Do

Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers providing daily assistance to individuals with disabilities

Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and ensure smooth, effective program operations

Step in to provide hands-on support, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed

Encourage independence and community engagement by accompanying individuals on outings, work, and activities

Set the tone by modeling compassion, teamwork, and accountability

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education

Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills

A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
