ABOUT OUR AGENCY : I opened my agency in 2003, and today we're a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farm's Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. I'm a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover - my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Derrick Spencer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
