Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the tax office. This role is responsible for client intake, document management, scheduling, and general office administration while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar
- Collect, organize, and copy client tax documents
- Assist with client intake forms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and general office organization
Required Qualifications
