A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure superior service to all H&R Block clients, and perform other duties as assigned.
Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete tax interviews, effective communication skills, and previous experience with Windows-based computer programs. Additional state and local requirements may apply.

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 / hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation plans, medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, fitness center programs, associate discount program, business travel accident insurance, and associate tax prep benefit.
