Position Overview :

Are you a strategic, people-focused leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes? As the Manager of Solution and Design, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our implementation team and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex software projects. In this role, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadershipguiding a team of skilled consultants and solution architects to deliver thoughtful, high-quality implementations. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth while ensuring every project aligns with client goals and organizational standards. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and clients, you'll help drive continuous improvement across solution design, delivery processes, and team performanceenhancing both operational efficiency and the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-time configuration specialists and / or solution architects. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will be the primary point of contact for all team-related matters, from career development to project assignments.
• Project Oversight : Serve as a subject matter expert on your team's projects. You'll be involved in key decisions, provide guidance on complex configurations, to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coaching and Development : Act as a coach and mentor, helping your team members develop their technical skills and grow their careers. You will identify training opportunities and create personalized development plans.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with leadership to define team goals, improve internal processes, and contribute to the overall strategy of our Professional Services organization.
• Client Engagement : Occasionally engage with clients directly to manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
