Organic Play & Therapy is setting the precedent for pediatric clients, their families & mentoring for therapists alike. We are looking for creative, self-driven individuals that seek to have integral roles in the development of an Early start program working with children ages 18 months to 3 years old through Play-Based therapy. SLPA professionals seeking a position in early intervention and interested in play-based therapy are highly encouraged to apply. We provide training, company wellness events and co-treat across disciplines!

Essential Job Functions :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.

• Administers the speech therapy treatment plan as developed by the Speech Language Pathologist
• Administer IFSP (individual family service plan) goals, and provide parental coaching.
• Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills
• Meets mandatory continuing education requirements
• Demonstrates commitment, professional growth and competency

Education and Experience :

Graduate of an accredited school of speech therapy assistant with a Bachelors Degree & current SLPA licensure.
