Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist

Location : Frisco, Texas (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize

paid search campaigns

across Google Ads & Bing.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A / B testing, and bid strategy optimization.

Track performance metrics :

ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions .

Work with GA4 to analyze traffic, attribution, and conversion data.

Build weekly / monthly campaign reports.

Improve landing page performance with CRO insights.

Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently.

Must‑Have Skills

3–7+ years’ experience in

SEM / PPC / Paid Search .

Strong hands‑on experience with

Google Ads & Meta Ads .

Experience with performance marketing, audience segmentation, and remarketing.

Strong analytical skills & experience with

GA4 .

Ability to work onsite (Chicago or Frisco) when needed.
