Key Responsibilities
Serve as a consultant to the Board and provide administrative and operational advice
Manage vendor relationships, oversee payments, and ensure compliance with community standards
Develop and submit accurate annual budgets and provide regular updates to the Board on community activities
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to community associations
Experience in budget development and financial management
Ability to conduct meetings and create management reports
Experience in vendor management and contract oversight
