Farnsworth Group is seeking a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager in Springfield, IL. In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC / QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects.

Job Activities :

• Engineer, support, and provide QC / QA for projects related to transportation planning and design
• Develop and mentor staff
• Collaborate with other disciplines
• Develop and maintain Client Relations
• Establish and maintain budgets and schedules
• Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company

Salary Range : $125,000 - $165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
