As a Customer Service Representative for Pak-A-Sak Convenience Stores, you will be responsible for many of the day-to-day operations involved in running a store. These may include but are not limited to :
- Treating each customer with the best attitude, knowledge and service possible
- Greeting every customer as they arrive inside
- Working efficiently to allow customers to be on their way
- Operating cash registers, credit card machines and handling cash
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store as needed
- Trash removal
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of store products and offerings
- Stocking products and supplies
- Preparation of food and drink items
- Maintaining fountain, tea, coffee and cappuccino machines
- Performing other tasks as needed
Basic skill requirements for this position include the willingness and ability to :
Count money and handle cashDisplay excellent customer service and teamwork skillsMultitask and keep pace with rush hoursObtain all certifications necessary (such as TABC and Food Handlers-all training provided by Pak-A-Sak)Work coolers, sales floor, cash registers, drive thru and outside in all weather conditions as neededLift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb and walk as needed for each task, as well as stand for a duration of shiftLift up to 50 poundsAccept Store Manager's supervision and feedbackThe success of Pak-A-Sak Convenience Stores is driven by customer service and clean, well-stocked stores. Customer Service Representatives should have an eye for detail, a personable approach towards customer needs and a strong work ethic.
