We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our State Farm Agent's team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. This position plays an important role in supporting our clients and helping them understand their insurance options.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by phone and in person
• Assist with billing questions, policy updates, and claims support
• Use a needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance coverage options
• Support marketing and retention goals through excellent service
• Stay current on product knowledge, training, and licensing
