Residential Hvac Service Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Service Sales Engineer to join our dedicated team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting HVAC products and services tailored for residential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of residential HVAC systems, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to deliver technical solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the residential sector.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing superior service and technical support.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions aligned with residential customer needs.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations to homeowners and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Represent the company at local community events and promotional activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor progress.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in HVAC sales with a focus on residential markets, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems and products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with residential customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
