Construction Labor Litigation Attorney

An excellent firm with a national reach is seeking to add talented team members to its Labor Law group. The ideal candidate will possess either a minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction & Labor Law or at least 3 years of experience in NY Labor Law.

Responsibilities :

• Litigation Management : Handle construction and labor law litigation, ensuring all legal processes are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Legal Documentation : Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other pleadings to support litigation efforts and effectively represent clients.
• Litigation Activities : Manage various aspects of litigation, including motion hearings, mediations, and depositions, to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and determine litigation strategies that align with clients' goals and legal best practices.
• Trial Preparation : Prepare trial materials and manage or assist in pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings, ensuring thorough and comprehensive representation.
