The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients, family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in / out process. What's Available : 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks Shift : Monday-Friday rotating hours between 6 : 30am - 6 : 00pm, occasional Saturday from 6 : 45am - 12 : 00pm. Holiday rotation if needed

What You Need : High School Diploma or equivalency 6 months experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities Strong customer service, interpersonal, and technical / computer skills Friendly personality and passion for connecting with / helping people
