Assistant Services Manager

Hand & Stone (Anthem, AZ) seeks an energetic, reliable Assistant Services Manager with Hand & Stone experience to assist in managing daily operations, lead/mentor service (massage therapists, estheticians) & customer care teams (Sales Associates), and ensure exceptional quality. Drive sales, customer service, and team leadership across all service lines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Spa Director, oversee all departments (Sales, Massage, Esthetics)
• Achieve sales goals
• Train/coach service providers & sales
• Monitor inventory
• Ensure excellent service (including advanced treatments & customized plans)
• Handle admin (inventory, sales reports)
• Promote services
• Build client relationships
• Maintain spa environment
• Participate in training
• Assist with events
• Meet with management
• Email service teams
• Conduct quarterly evaluations
• Flexible schedule (30-35 hrs/wk, incl. 1 weekend day & evening)

Qualifications:

• 1-2 yrs Hand & Stone sales/customer service, service provider (massage/esthetics)
• Strong sales record
• Knowledge of all services/products
• Excellent communication/organization
• Self-motivated leader
• Liability insurance (if applicable)
• Independent/team player
• Flexible schedule
• Zenoti experience preferred

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
