You’re qualified to be a Residential Sales Representative if you have :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

1+ year of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience (preferred, but not mandatory)

A go-getter mindset and an unstoppable drive to exceed goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal finesse is your currency

Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and adapt on the fly

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be authorized to work in the United States
