**RESPONSIBILITIES****:** * Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care * Compile, compare and record patient care information * Delivers direct patient care or appropriate delegates to other team members * Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members * Collaborates with clinical services team * Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient
**SKILLS & ABILITIES:** * Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve * Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences * Excellent communication and time management skills * Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE****:** * Successful completion of an accredited RN program * CPR certification
