SMART is actively recruiting for emergency medicine locum physicians for coverage in Blue Springs, MO. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed.
Details Include:
Shift(s) Description: 7a-7p/7p-7a
- Facility Total Bed Size: 146
ED Volume: 20,000
ED, Fast Track, and ICU Bed Size: 18
Open or Closed ICU: N/A
Required: ED Procedures
EMR Charting: Meditech with Dragon Compatibility
Scribe & Staff Support: NO scribe; APP Coverage: Mon Fri: 9a-7p, 2-12a and Sat and Sun: 10a-10p
Daily Patient Load Per Clinician: 13-15
Trauma Designation: Acute Care Facility
ED Patients per Hour: 2-3
Subspecialty Backup: Ortho, Wound Care, Breast Health, Cardiology & Stroke
Submission Requirements:
- CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- ATLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
- PALS
- Missouri
