Our GENERAL MANAGERS are the premier unit-level leadership position within our organization that provides direct support to unit leaders and regional management in the effort to maintain efficient restaurant operations and provide our guests with a premium experience. General Managers will participate in direct oversight of all restaurant functions and maintain a primary role in developing a strong hospitality organization. They are also expected to cultivate healthy financials through strong business fundamentals. The ideal candidate is a balanced and professional individual that is business oriented, guest driven, supports their people and delivers results. All of our leaders are expected to lead by example, promote a strong positive culture and demonstrate an eagerness to grow and develop with our company. - Follows essential operational policies and procedures; helping ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and employment laws
- Ensures all guests have an awesome guest experience (including handling any guest complaints)
- Takes on many Front of House & Back of House responsibilities including proper food handling, recipe execution, food preparation and production and ensuring cleanliness, as well as interacting with guests, problem solving, and coaching our teams.
