Conduct merchant site visits within respective footprint to gain acceptance and share value story of a major credit card brand. Be the face of the client and maintain professionalism. Visit local merchants on a daily / weekly basis to educate on acceptance, place signage, test terminals and / or remediate. Convert merchants to accepting a major credit card brand. Remediate technical issues. Maintain and build relationships with key clients.

Being willing to travel 50-75% of your time - sometimes overnight. Creatively overcoming obstacles and influencing behavior. Organizing priorities in order to work smart / efficiently. Leveraging your stellar Salesforce skills.

Experience in the Merchant Service Processing industry. Territory management experience. ISO processing background. Microsoft Office Suite proficient. Ability to problem solve / creative thinking skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to influence others. Excellent customer service skills.
