LTD Financial Services, L.P. is a nationally recognized third party collection agency working with top creditors. We have immediate openings for Collection Representatives/Debt Collectors in our Westchase call center. Individuals will make collection calls on delinquent accounts to negotiate and secure payments with consumers.

• Hourly pay: $14-$18
• Pay negotiated based on experience
• Full time: 40 hours per week
• Day schedule
• Month bonus potential
• Bilingual a plus!
• Business Casual Dress Attire

Job Description:

• Recover overdue payments on accounts
• Make daily collection calls to delinquent accounts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Notate and update account status accurately
• Communicate effectively, promptly and professionally with consumers
• Follow all required laws and regulations
• Maintain acceptable call quality

Position Requirements

• Good basic office skills including: computer literacy, phones, and calculator
• Pleasant and helpful attitude
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• 1-3 years’ work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
