Your Mission:

As a Benefits Specialist, you'll work directly with clients who have requested our services. You'll walk them through their benefit options and help them secure the right protection for their families all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Connect with pre-qualified individuals via phone or video (no cold calls)
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Assist clients in completing applications with accuracy and care
• Provide excellent ongoing service and support
• Work toward weekly and monthly performance targets
• Engage in virtual training and development sessions to grow your skillset

Who You Are:

• Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communicator with a professional presence
• Organized, focused, and goal-driven
• Tech-comfortable and adaptable in a remote environment
• Prior customer-facing experience is an asset, but not mandatory
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
