About the Role

What will you do?

As an Enterprise Architect you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Workday AI solutions deliver value.

Responsibilities Include :

Translating technical concepts : You'll communicate how Workday's AI -powered solution delivers value-driven business results!

Crafting compelling narratives : You'll develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday's technology.

Solution Architecture : Develop and present comprehensive solutions for demonstration that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics.

Leading Voice : Staying informed about AI and technology advancements, and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars.

About You

Do you enjoy talking about AI applications, and engaging in conversation to better understand others and solving technical business challenges?

We are looking for someone with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and proven success in leading value-centric technical discussions with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business partners to communicate AI vision, strategy and importance of Responsible AI.

Basic Qualifications :

P3 Enterprise Architect AI

• 2+ years experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing.
• 3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field.
• 1+ years experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings.

P4 Enterprise Architect AI

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
